sense you are considering making a hand held X-box you may want to consider a backpack design and just have the controls and screen attach to it with a wire and a smaller handheld case it would make it easier and it would be able to accommodate more battery life not much with what you are

You just described a Hip Gear controller/screen, which is a good idea. You could make it a briefcase and put it in a backpack for on-the-go use, then get a Hip Gear (or make one) for screen and controls. The briefcase could also have its own screen.

BTW, this topic is 2 weeks old, try not to bring topics up when they're over a week since this is a very active board (benheck, not the HVC forum).
