PSOne Screen Problems

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Theres a flap/clip thingy where the ribbon goes. Make sure that it is up and that the ribbon is flat. Hope this helps.

Pull out this little extension plastic thing on the connector, slide the ribbon cable in then push the extendedplasticback to secure it firmly.

I can't see any "little exntension plastic thing" - this used to just pop into place, and it doesn't look like anything has broken off of the connector - I've just completely got no clue.

So is the tab on the actual white connecter, or is it on the mobo? Is there one of the front (where the leads are) or two on the sides, or one on the back of it?

Alright, it looks like you pop up the brown plastic slide the ribbon in firmly then snap the brown plastic back into place. If it doesnt hold well use some hot glue :) .
