Unusual NOAC problem solved

Post by Metal Mario »

Aha! I think I've got a pinout made for the new Super Joy III Amazon.com revision!

After removing the Famicom cartrige slot, I found that the pins were labled in tiny text. With the help of a magnifying glass, and reference of other pinouts from the Definitive NOAC Pinout Guide, I think I've got the job done pretty well.

It's not perfect (is it normal for there to be several grounds and two orange latches, and for that matter, three P2 Data??), so any editing and help would be appreciated.

Onward to finishing my portable!

Alright, new question:

Do all Super Joy III's work with G-Force's Famicom to NES cartridge slot conversion? Are all Famicom cartridge slots the same?

And can I use my broken RES's 72-pin connector or should I buy another one off eBay?

Thanks again for the help.
