I Want To Make A GCP. Can Anyone tell me how?

Like my subject says I want to make a GameCube Portable, But I do not have a great knowledge of how game systems work. So, if anyone out there has a link to a website that has this information or can email me there own process, It would be appreciated. My email is Paul1991@zuvio.com.
