Great job! Next maybe we can see some pictures of it running :)
I agree with dragonhead, even a little of bondo to fill in the cracks between the case and the controller pieces would help TONS. You could paint it and that would look KILLER!

Nice! It looks much cleaner than the old case.

Maybe if you mass produce them you could not include batteries or a battery phug, but rather have red and black wires sticking into the battery compartment so people can add whateer they have? (AAs, RC batteries, camcorder batteries...)

I only have one word: wow. I was very impressed with your first GCp, but now every little stylistic complaint I had in my head has been fixed with this one. Congratulations on a job well done (or as Coach Z would say, "A Jorb Well Done"). Two weeks really is a fast time, especially for a portable as good as this one. I sure wouldn't mind buying one...Anyways, what are the size comparisons between this one and your first one?

Ha, I love the Z button (I think that's what it is...), that's just so cool for some reason!

And like they said, bondo and paint would make it look even more better. I can tell you how to use it if you want, just catch me on AIM or PM me :) I got pics of my N64 bondo process.
