I need help with my computer

Post by Kanangea »

i got duke nukem 3d when i try to run the game an error message comes up duke/3d/DUKE3D.EXE
C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the program. how do i fix it?? it is really annoying!!! p.s.
this game is about as old as doom 1 and doom 1 works fine.

OS = Operating System

Are you running windows (most likely), if so what version is it? 98, XP, 2000?

hmmm....It might require ms-dos, and XPs command prompt might not be functional with the program.

Try using dosbox, it's a dos emulator and runs a lot of older games.

Emulators are safe to use, if you want to be double sure, virus scan it before installing.

And this is a MB not a chat room you cant get answers within a few minutes all the time.
