When something happens that's been coming for months... after years of speculation and press...

I'm cutting the parts for my PS2 Portable! I should be able to finish it very soon... though I'm having trouble finding a PSone screen. But it will certainly be within a few weeks! It's gonna be COOL!

Be prepared!

I knew you were talking about the PS2 portable. What else is there?! :D

Good luck on that. I can't wait for your book, by the way. Any idea of when it'll be released? Before christmas perhaps?

Ben's book will be released in January.

*gannon cries as none of the stores near him even have the nes ps2 yet*
I can't wait to see your design! You designed it fairly fast, so I'm assuming it's a lot easier to mod than the original ps2. geeze...that thing took me at least 5 days to cad and design...

Ok, I've just about finished the coloring phase of the PS2 Portable (Always spend a lot of time on that). If the fonts print correctly at high res and I can get the printing to match the screen this is going to be the coolest-looking portable I have ever done.

I can't WAIT to finish this and show the world! It's gonna ROCK THE FARM!

Too bad it's been built to late to get into my book!

-Ben

PS: I've been working so hard on it I haven't even played GTA yet today!

That's OK. I'm more interested in the basic do's and don'ts of portabilization. Like you said, you show us which end of the soldering iron to hold, and I'm just a step or two above that.

You know you've got us drooling over this PS2p, right?

scherzo, the end that you hold on to is the hot, metal part!!!!!! Everyone knows that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*note: don't actually do this......unless getting huge burns on your hand is your favorite pastime...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

yeah I do that all the time too. once I dropped it.....missed my legs by mere millimeters......

also, pretty recently, I accidentally stabbed myself in the leg with the iron :( ....that one REALLY hurt
