Already tried that, the setup I have is pin 1 to pin 1 and so on. So no need to put it backwards... But I will force myself to work on it. :wink:

Well pin 1 and 72 and hooked together. (On the Nes side). As well as being hooked to pin 1 on the famicom side. :D

Also, remember that on the side with pins 1-30 on the famicom port corresponds to pins 37-72 on the NES port, and pins 60-31 correspond to pins 36-1 on the NES port.

I don't trust my soldering skills enough to directly wire 60 individual contacts to one another. I ordered a 60-72 pin converter for my NOAC portable. Too bad about the extra space. I drool over Ben's NOAC portable!

You could move the 72 pin connecter on an dapter to have less height.
