Are YOU working on a Genesis Portable right now?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

yes, me; I have a few case ideas I'm still working with, and I need or two floating around in my head, and I need a screen (seriously considering one of your Hip Gear pads, although i'd have to wait until the beginning of September to buy one, on account of school tuition).

I have a radica, all I need is a screen and I can easily do portables of the Gen, C64, and NES.

I am thinking of using a Genesis V2 with my old PSOne screen and making a really Cool GP... It's either that or an N64P...or a top secret project. *gasp* Too many projects! Which should I do? Please...HELP ME DECIDE!

@Soundwave, buy a Hip Screen and use that for either the NES or the Radica-Genesis.

@G-force, Well why not make the Top Secrect Project. You've make on of the other two already.

well I cant tell you to do one of those that you havent done yet...(genesis ondago, and the N64 that lasted a day(hey at least it worked!))

But go with the N64. most people want to make portable N64s, and end up not finishing em. Its much harder than doing a NES portable or a SNES portable. Since youve completed one already, youll realize this time that it really is much easier. Ive worked with 3 power player things between 2 NES portables, and I can say the second one is going MUCH faster. I know where the pinouts are and all the other stuff about it from experience.

so go with the N64, youll like the idea of remembering where things go, rather than scanning the internet for weeks looking for where to connect something.

EDit: unless you feel like doing a secret project

I have a Gen V.3 that is pining for portabalization. Once I get my PSONE screen case done I'll tackle that. I might even move the cartridge slot.

Well I've got as far as connecting a cart port to mine :D

It's a Arcade Classics 2 Radica, does anyone know if the sound was any better on later Radicas? I ask since the sound on certain channels is really distorted :(

It's gonna feature:

* Landscape design
* Stereo speakers/Stereo headphone jack
* Hip Gear Screen
* Custom designed, sculpted and resin cast case :D
* Small form factor
* Six buttons
* 6 Built-in games (maybe)
