I can't think why the 32x wouldn't work...
cdx does have the standard AVout on the back, correct?

what it would do is look really stupid...
not that it looked much less stupid on other genesis models

what I do wonder is if it could be made to work with a GOAC. it's fairly compact, and I doubt it takes THAT much power. of course there really weren't too many 32x games worth running anyway.

The 32x version of Virtua Racing looked pretty good to me...

the CDX plays 32X games 100% perfect. It has all the main processes to run any of the original genesis add-ons, giving it a step ahead of Nomad, Genesis 3, and GOAC. The CDX plays Master System and 32X games

oh and the CDX does not have a 32X bult in, only a CD player that runs on 2 AAs and a Genesis+Sega CD. There was never a Sega system produced that incorporated all 3. There was a prototype called the Neptune which was a combo 32X and Genesis but Sega never released it as it was obvious hardware suicide.
