Post by peppers »

I desided to make some modifacations to the network adapter

here is my question

m going to add connections for anouther devise into the network adapter to power to use the HDD I want to know if it would be ok to just directley connect it to the network adapters pins or should I add diodes or something to the network adapters connectilons to its plugs to protect the network adapter from getting fired

Thanks, and no crap answers please

edit- you could probably use a two-connector IDE cable or something, but you'll get no where if the second device lacks driver software.
