Yes another power/battery question...

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Yes another power/battery question...

Post by EvilnessNMyVeins »

While I am using a first generation Super Nintendo (cause it was free!) i was questioning wheather i do need the full 10 volt input it says it requires or can i lower the input so i dont blow my PSone screen?

Any help would be appreciated by making you important people, surrounded by attractive woman, when i rule the world.

i think it can take 5 volts cause when i opened up my broken one it had a 7805 in it

you could just power your screen with the screens voltage and lower it with a 7805 for the snes
when life gives you lemons make flux

Thank you, i wasn't sure if the extra voltage went to a component i could have killed with a soldering iron, but no need for violence.
