Bacon is obviously the best. Canadian bacon is nothing more then ham dressed up like a summer sausage. I cant say anything about pork buns as I havent tried them yet.

If I remember right, Bacon comes from the inside of the pig's thighs, while Canadian Bacon comes from the outside of the pig's thighs
