Need advice on batteries

how long do the AA recharables and the r/c batteries last?

they are supposed to take 5-8 hours but i havent fully charged em yet i didnt wanna overcharge while i was asleep, but my charger does have an led that goes off when they are done

not positive but i think for nicd its like a few thosand and nimh is like a few thousand more than that mebe

im running my Ni-Mh AAs until they stop from their full charge i'll tell you how long they last
i started at 5:40 i expect them to go to 8 at least

isnt the 1 3300MaH too low to run a screen and SNES?

Yea, it is Hydride. PoD has that wrong for Ni-MH.

The milliamp-hours(or mAh) have nothing to do with it's battery output. They simply say the load placed on them that would allow for one hour of continuous use. Take AA Ni-MHs for example: they may have a capacity of 2500mAh (2.5Ah), but probably have a max load rating of about 30A. I believe that the page for the Ni-MH battery pack said they had a 30A max load. You can attach a 5A load on 2500mAh AAs, and run for 30 minutes straight.

Also, I should point out that Turbo is thinking of power. For power you multiply the voltage by amperage. Batteries aren't often rated by there power(wattage), but often electrical appliance will say power draw (sometimes instead of the current draw), because if you have an electric meter, it is probably in kilowatt-hours.

yup i was right they died at around 8 but the leds and psone screen kept goin without playing the game so they still had a little juice left

how good is that for batt. life about 2 and a half hours i say its damn good
any other opinions
