Why is it possible to make polls on every topic except in Forum 42 (before called Poll-a-Rama)?

I remeber this being mentioned and to my memory the reason was there were too many rediculous polls, so Ben blocked people from making them. And Spongebuell dont feel hurt I cant either, and the only thing I've done wrong (as far as I can see) is in the political thread.

I have no idea what I did wrong. Maybe it's a high poster bug or something.
