Finally getting started on my psone

Post by Psy »

Just need a little help as my brain seems to have died!

I'm looking at the back of the motherboard and there are three points where the power socket is soldered in. As I can't find a psone board diagram and can't be bothered to de-solder the power input, could someone tell me which point is which? Or even if you know where I can find a psone mb diagram? Thanks :D

I had this same problem when hooking my PSOne up to use batteries. The center prong is the positive power, either of the two side ones are negitive.

Or; negitive O O negitive
positive O

yes, both connect to the ground so it doesnt matter Just be sure to hot glue the connections so that they dont come loose.

When u say "hot glue", do you mean put hot glue on the connection after you soldered? Thanks.
