Figured out circuit and chip to play SA-1 games on Retron 3 (and other clones with TCT-9xx chipset)

Just wanted to post my findings.
I have been following this site and sega16 for a few years now and I finally have one of my many electronic goals accomplished enough to post.

BTW I am 34 and have a Biomedical Engineering degree, I do this as a hobby when I have between work and my wife and children.
