Intec screen problems

sorry i posted this in the wrong section before. I am hopping someone may be able to help me i am attempting to build a snesp and i have an intec screen from the playstation controller. i had sound but i think i may have fried the lower board because it no longer works. but that is not the problem it is this is there a way to get a picture on the screen without the lower board i can get power to it ,it lights up and all but i can not figure out the picture.any help would be greatly apriectede

The intec controller in this forum (lower down) has the connections necessary. I dont know whether the bottom board is necessary, but I should think so since thats were the video goes through.
