does anyone know the easyest way to make a cd cover. with hinges or with a slide on cover? i need to conserve space. i would like to make a hinge door but im not sure were i could get or how to make a small hinge.

Im currently working on a ZN45 GCp project and im makeing a cd cover out of either an AG 54 or an AG 85.
my question is
