What is the *actual* industry/part sourcing term for those rubber tactile switch covers? I want something that can be case-mounted grommet style and then actuate a PCB mounted momentary tactile switch.
Also, isn't there a site that sells off-the-shelf electrical enclosures? I tried searching on Google and this forum, but I can't remember what the correct terminology is for them. I'd like to be able to buy off-the-shelf buttons and such to integrate into a custom enclosure. Also, it's important that it's for small tactile switches vs. typical video game microswitches as I'm going for a compact form factor.
