360 Portable for a US Soldier
I'm not having much luck finding someone to build me a case for my 360 portable. I'm trying to make this for my brother who will be leaving to go overseas in July. I do not have a lot of money to spend as I trusted someone before and got ripped off (no longer contacted me etc). Please any help or advice will do.

I'd keep pursuing my money from this other individual for starters.
My best recommendation would be to find something that is the size you want, and use standoff to mount the motherboard and just nut and bolt the other components like the disk drive. As for everything else, you can use hot glue.
You don't need this specific model, but I am using something like this for my 360 portable.
Measure the dimensions you need and add a quarter of an inch or so for standoffs and human error.
