Paying xbox 360 games on the ps3

I love this website, I was wondering if there is the slightess chance, downing some reveres engineering. What if you could pay xbox 360 game on the your ps3, I know its a far off chance from this happening. What would be needed for a project like this, and oh, just games no inertent asscess ;-D
