Hello. I have a question.
Hi. I'm a noob, and I want to get into modding. I have something planned, and need to know how to run a console on a battery. Sory for all the spaces, the space key on my computer is currently just the contact.
Re: Hello. I have a question.
Welcome to our humble forums.
To get started with modding a system to run off of batteries you should let us know what system you're looking at. A few of the systems out there are very easy and straightforward in running off batteries, others however, will require more work and knowledge you'll have to put into it. Don't worry about how much work it will require, or if your system choice might be the later of the two on batteries.
One other item you can look into is Ben's book. It's a great tool for those that are new to this. He covers NES, SNES, Atari 2600 and a PSOne. It's totally work the money to buy and really at $30-35 isn't that much for what you get. You can find the link for where to buy his book on the right side of the benheck.com homepage.
Good luck on your project and feel free to look around and ask questions if you need help.

please, don't read, as much as people beg or try and stop me (by sighting my miss spellings) I urge you to not read. Reading is difficult, don't start now.
