No I have custom orthotics. After the surgery I shouldnt need them...

Hereditary. And alloy of people have the problem

I have this problem in both of my feet and I can tell you it hurts to walk sometimes and running just kills. I have to wear orthotics in my shoes to keep my feet even to walk properly which annoying having a hunk of plastic in my shoe

I just had three surgery done a couple hours ago. On my way home. I have pictures of x Ray so I can show you later. I'm going to be keeping a blog as a sort of journal with more in depth writing...

or short contact switches in your wraps. Cookie tin lids and rubber bands to the trick and are good to cut in to foot shapes for your shoes... wait a minute that sounds sweet
