I am building an xbox laptop. When i took my hard drive out of its casing and plugged it back inot my xbox 360 the E68 error message came up. My hard drive is a 120GB Hitachi model from a jasper. I don't know if there is a fix for it and if there is could you please tell me what to do.

hmm i had a E62 which was also ha hard drive error, had something to do with the connector.
try checking you connector, if you have modded it check the wiring. and make sure you haven't plugged it in upside down
its ok, it miraculay fixed itself. I just tried plugging it in and out and suddenly it worked. It was reformatted but at least it worked, thanks for the advice though!
