I use that exact unit to stream from my DishNetwork receiver in my theater room to the 42" Plasma in my workout room.

Works perfect and sends a beautiful picture.

I just tried it with a wireless controller. It only seemed to affect it if I had it near the antenna.

I think this is a very good idea. I like how you don't have to chop up your xbox, i may try to tackle something like this myself. Interested in seeing the finished product!
