How do I solder this?

How do I go about re-attaching these? The connectors are too small and close together to solder. Are there any alternatives?

Also, if this is in the wrong section, or if there is a better section where this should be posted, can an Administrator move the thread if possible, or at least tell me, so I can delete this one and post another one in the correct section.

Pencil tip solder with a magnifying glass. Piece of cake.

Make sure you are using a pencil tip soldering iron and some of the thinnest solder you can find... I have also found that sticking a slim piece of something ie. Cardstock between the solder points helps keep the solder from running but from your picture this looks pretty easy you should try soldering to an iPod dock connector
