SNES game not saving - its not the battery (lufia 2)

Post by humanman42 »

I replaced the battery in a copy of Lufia 2 for snes thinking it was the reason why it wasnt saving, but it wasnt. I looked around for any other reasons it might not save but all that I could find are 1000 differant ways to change the CR2032. Is there anything else that I could try to get it to work. It would be a shame for such an amazing game to be dead...

Make sure that the battery is in right (yeah, I know) and make sure the solder joints are solid with a multimeter. If thats not it, then it maybe your RAM died.
