Hey I have almost finished my super sexy PS2P (the case is made out of a PowerMac G5 case, look it up on google) but I have one problem- I don't know how to mod the controller since it is that flexible stuff!!! if anyone know how to please let me know, I would like to get this done before September ends.
I got as far as think I could solder a wire to each end of the conductive points, but you tell me, anyone-who's-done-this-before!

Re: PS2 controller HELP!
I own a PowerMac G5 - it's made out of solid aluminum and is very large. I'm curious to see how you turned it into a portable case.

Re: PS2 controller HELP!
That flexible stuff is a very thin layer of plastic.
It is what Sony used instead of a PCB as I reckon it would be cheep to manufacture.
It has pads , just like a normal PCB - but you can not solder to it.
I also think it has little resistors in it too if I can remember correctly.
To solder to it, you need to find the pinouts from the ribbon cable and solder tiny wirer to it where it is on the little PCB board.
Instead a better idea would be to buy a 3rd party controller as they are guaranteed to have a PCB with the pads on it.
