You say it has the nvidia chipset, could you get me exact details on that? I was only aware of the GMA 950 version, and a fair bit of google is not helping.

When I purchased the Mini, the details said it was based on an NVidia chipset, I do not recall exactly what set, and I no longer have the papers for the Mini, so I am unsure of it.

I appear to have been mistaken. Though I clearly remember the specs on the site stating it was Nvidia.

The Mini (according to gPuz) has Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family

I have this same netbook, but I've got a question to ask you. When replacing the RAM do I need a 2GB stick, or does it take 2? Also what kind of RAM does it take. I traded an Xbox for mine and it's only got 1GB, would like to have 2GB.

It takes DDR2, and it has to be a single 2GB chip. You need to take the whole thing apart to do it, and it's a pain in the tookis.
