Why are there thing at the bottom of the page where it says who viewing the forum say.
Google [BOT], Yahoo [BOT], * [BOT], etc.

Those are crawlers the search engines use to index the site; every phpbb3 installation has them.

Some guy had created a bot for bypassing captcha. we found the bot and reverse engineered it to prevent it from working.

Our captcha system works by putting considerable noise and angles the letters

the bot was able to remove any dot or line in the thing. patched up the areas. and straighten the letters.

my fourm runs of smf (simple machine fourms)

the problem is that our captcha only does 5 letters with 2 colors in the whole thing.
No wavy letters,
I ask of you, how to change.
