Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!
I'm planning to use some 360 controller grips and trigger/bumper controls on my Air64. How exactly (what tools and supplies) would I do that? I'm going to be vac-forming a case, if that clears anything up.
EDIT: forgot to mention that by "grips" I mean everything from the bumpers back.
well, if you are gonna vac form, just cut up a shell and put it on your mold, or add grips to your mold with clay or wood or something. seems pointless to vac form and then frankencase it.

oooohhh yea i have the AIO genesis was pretty ugly, and some of my early n64 cases were pretty nasty too
i'ts been cleaned up a little and painted since then, still ugly tho! lol
all it takes is hard work and attention to detail. all of my cases look as good as they do because i spent a LOT of time sanding and filling and shaping
