how do you connect a Ps2 to a computer vga monitor? I have seen a few explanations but if anyone could point me in the way of a decently documented tutorial then that would be greatly helpful. Also if you could make you own diagrams?
Thanks

Re: Ps2 VGA monitor help
My personal warning: I have VGA-modded my PS2. However, it's not quite as nice as you'd imagine. The resolution/color/everything is perfect BUT it only works with games that support Progressive Scan. (look for the little "Progressive Scan" identifier on the back of your PS2 games right by where it says how many players etc)

What about Ps3? I assume it would be easier because it is more like a computer but would the same cable hack work?
Is there any better options for Ps3?

Re: Ps2 VGA monitor help
Well obviously the best option for ps3 is to use HDMI or a computer monitor with a DVI input (DVI is just hdmi without audio.)
