Sonyportablizer ripped me off. I bought the L64 from him for 400$. He sent it and it was broken. it was a piece of crap. He lied about there being a headphone jack, there were cracks in the case, the L button was recessed into the case making it nearly impossible to press, and now he wont answer any of the 4 emails i sent him and I sent the system back to him asking for a refund. I even saw him online earlier today and he did not even respond to my post in his trading post thread for the L64. Now he is reselling it claiming "buyer backed out". He probably spent the money and could not pay it back. Do not buy from him and make the same mistake i did. HE STOLE 400$ FROM ME!!!!

Does Rule Number Two apply to asking questions about the items?Rules from Ben

1) No selling of illegal stuff! (Don't push the pirate NOAC or things like that as those ARE gray items)
2) Sales are personal between you and second party and do not involve this website(s) or Ben Heckendorn (me) I shall not be held liable for whatever you do here, nor are any warranties regarding the operation of this forum expressed or implied. In other words - you're on your own!
3) If an item for sale is a TOPIC, have it removed by an Admin after it's sold so it won't clutter up the joint.
Does Rule Number One apply to things like the unlicensed Nintendo Techmo games, dev-kits and things of the sort?
I think the unlicensed Nintendo Tecmo games are in the same area as the NOAC, is this true?
