And did you buy this adapter? It usually runs $15-$20 in my experience.ninja_ gayyden1024 wrote:i saw a adapter in gamestop for .99

And in case you didn't already know this, Nintendo doesn't have GC servers anymore, so you'll have to connect to some kind of private network thing. Which I have no clue how to do, so hopefully you already knew that.

Re: gamecube broadband adapter questions
I added one of them to my portable, them are quite usefull relating homebrew stuff and some online games like PSO
all you need is plug it at the system, and configure the IP at the game or homebre (some hombrews require hex editing at the DOL file, like the ones in GC linux)
you can connect it to computer using a crosshover cable, but it is recomended to connect it to a router or a switch with a normal network cable.
I also found it usefull to rip games in conjunction with qoob pro mod chip, anyway I also use my LG GDR computer drive to make that task with GC and wii games.
anyway, I bought the last one into whole Madrid, so I was lucky.
its really hard to find one of them actually.
but if you want them so badly, you can try on ebay and sites like that, sometimes people sell interesting stuff in there.
