Possible to make PVC/Sintra shiny like PSP?

Is it possible to make Sintra/PVC plastic sheets shiny like a PSP case (maybe by polishing and use of some chemical)?

If so how

Clear Coat and then 3000 grit wet sand and then polish it

I have no idea how to polish so youll need to gimmesome more advice >.<

And clear coat of what? Also what do I use to polish?
