Cool, it's done!
So, I'm guessing that you won't make a video showing it working because your original kamikaze 64 has a video already?

Looks AWESOME! just a few questions though.
1. Since the power switch is a standard two way power switch, does that mean that left = off and wall power (unplug wall adapter to turn it off) and right = battery power?
2. What are those orangey brown platforms that the buttons rest on? Do they come with the super pad?

I like how you used a 9 pin serial port for the breakaway box instead of multiple headphone jacks, that way there is just one cable and its permenently attached to the breakaway box.

1. Yes.
2. They are the boards for the buttons/d-pad from the SuperPad. They were brown instead of green.

Just a Fyi. I added a fan on the back. I didn't like how warm the portable felt while playing expansion pack games.
I put it under the right triggers. I will take a pic when I get back home from work Wednesday.

Wow how on earth did you manage to fit a fan inside that portable? unless its on the outside of the portable under the triggers, in which case wouldn't that sort of defeat the purpose? because my fingers will be blocking the fan when I hold the portable.

It's on the inside. It's a small 5v fan. I'll get a pic as soon as I can :)

It's working perfect, but I had a few paint flaws so I sanded and re-painted everything and put on a clear coat.

I will re-assemble it this weekend and package it up to ship it out :)

I forgot to clean off the dust ... sorry :(

It's a bit shinier with the clear-coat.
