NOAC questions
I've seen some threads and the sticky about cheap NOACs. But I'm really confused. I want to build a really small NOAC portable. But I was wondering which ones were the best/most common. I also want to be able to play normal NES games on it (OEM). Does anyone have any information/suggestions?
