whats easier to make a portable n64 or a portable nes

im not sure case i was gonna make a nesp but now im thinkin of n64

the systems have both have their advantages like the N64 Cartport can easily be moved but it uses around 15v
The NES can be made small using a super Joy or game axe and would use less power possibly in the sigle digits.

if your short on money for batteries DO NES.
