Re: Merry Christmas!
I got 1 early present today, a nice dreamcast. But I had to open it up to fix the disc lid switch. Earlier this week though I got an A+ certification book.

Haven't opened them yet, but I'll keep you posted. Had mostly gaming-related items on my list, including gamebits for opening N64 consoles and the like.

Re: Merry Christmas!
Got a $25 gift card for Radioshack from my Grandparents early.
And (hopefully for the last time this year), Merry Christmas everyone! I did cashiering for 6 hours today, and guess what I said almost twice to each customer?

Re: Merry Christmas!
So far....
Cutco lock-back knife (very nice, and SHARP!)
World of Warcraft location calendar
Tub of peanut candy (peanut brittle, peanut clusters and Reese's mini cups)
AC & Car chargers for my Aspire One (my friend promised me this, after Christmas)
I'll amend this post later in the morning. Hope everyone got some cool gifts this years. Let us know.
-Sparkfist
Update! -
After opening gifts-
New slippers and robe (matching this time )
A precision multi-bit screw driver set. came with two pen like handles that hold all the bits internally
100 DVD-R
$150 gift card to Microcenter
Logitech Premium Laptop Headset
Light-up hat light
Reese's chocolate coated peanut butter Christmas trees
A Measure 'n Mix glass, has a lot of cooking measurements on it, and it a 12 oz. drinking glass
I have one gift left to receive, and have no idea what it is or exactly when I get it, likely when I see my friend again. But yeah, that's my Christmas swag.

Re: Merry Christmas!
merry xmas all!
i had a rather musical christmas this year, some expected, some not so.
here goes:
A Trombone (with mutes luckily, the walls are made of paper in my house)
The Haynes Saxopone repair manual
A Few Saxophone reeds
Some books
Bottle of Whiskey
and a Gamecube scart cable my friend gave me so we can play double dash again
but what meant most to me was a present from a friend that i totally wasnt expecting or would have even asked for, which to me was awesome because christmas is never really a surprise anymore. She plays the Mandolin, and i'd expressed an interest at maybe getting one someday when i had some money. So she gave me her first ever mandolin that she toured around the country with when she was 16. Sorry for the little life story but its the only thing thats made me feel in the least bit christmassy at all this year
tl;dr:
I also got a mandolin
