That screen hole is really clean. How did you cut that? I'm guessing you cut it with the box cutter to the left though........

Nope, i found the box cutter was too hard to control, I cut the hole first very rough with a dremel cutting disc. I then went back with a grinding bit and took it as close to the lines i had drawn as possible. finaly i used a file to smoothe the rough edges. I plan on fitting a peace of plastic into the hole.
