I am building a portable n64/NES combo into the top half of the origional nintendo case. i'm all but finished and i have one problem. the memory expansion pack does not fit into my skinny case! i was thinking of just soldering the module directly to the mobo, but i wanted your oppinions first. thanks for any help. :D

By soldering you mean, using wires to link the mobo to the expansion card, right? I was planning to do the same thing, so I'm hopeful that it works, but someone around here might have a better answer for you than that...

I'd love to see your portable when it's done :D
