PSP Mod with TV-out?

Post by isamu »

Hi. Any news on anyone making a mod for the PSP with a video out connection? I want to be able to play my PSP games on my TV/monitor.

Dude, get real. If someone has a PSP, they're not just going to mess around and open one up unless they have money to burn.
Who else would I be?

Just figure out what kind of a video input it has, then hack it.

Or you could use a PS2 as it is (almost the same games)

Its not that simple. They're two totally different consoles, you'll just as soon make a homemade PS2 that had (and it would need) the PSPs processors.

Well, if they can do it for Game Gear and GBA, then it's possible for PSP.
It'll probabln take a while for the hardware to come out though.

Well, I was talking about a kid doing it, not a 1st- or 3rd-party videogame company.

the ps3 and maybe the ps2 might eventually have something for connecting one and its likeley that someboady will eventually come uo with something but not so soon unlss the psp has an output that would be compatible with a tv and for some reason in the correct aspect ratio but thats not likeley

as for people taking them apart and seeing what can be done with them a lot of people are doing that some of them dumbeies some of them with a little knowlege some with a lot of electronic knowledge some of them engineers and that dose not include those that are getting payed to see what can be done with it
Im done here
