Besides, you've lost my respect. You seem kinda like an ass, but that's just me.
Who are you again?

John is a killer guy with no bad intentions. He has a great sense of justice and what is right; on this forum and out of it. He's a huge geek with awesome ideas and plans in the future. Demoting him from the moderation would be only to please a few noobs who are circlejerking on ModRetro. Now everyone shut up!!

as do i. this is why modretro exists. its because of posts like that one, sky. adding a  at the end of a very rude remark doesnt make it okay.

the whole idea behind moderators is to be an impartial governing force. a moderator can have thier own opinion, but when that opinion begins to alter the fairness of their judgement, they become unfit for the position.

however, triton had the integrity to stand up and tell the truth, and he is prepared to accept the consequences for his actions. for this, i forgive his previous actions, but in the future,if he has one as a mod, i will not.

i am not voting, as i cannot justify him losing his status, nor can i justify him keeping it.

I abstain

I vote that samjc3 gives me money for my time spent reading his stupid post.

Look man, you've got to stop taking things so seriously (well, not you personally but still). This whole thing is stupid. Everyone get along or umm...else.

i vote cowsmokescrack101 be banned for a month so he can let his lameness seep off.

you give me crap for my stark and contrasting realism, and i will give you crap for your low I.Q. and........ this will just go on and on and on, because niether one of us is going to relent. I know that i am right, and you have convinced yourself that you are right, even though you arent.

so, can we just get back on topic?

With all due respect to the newer members here (I'm not trying to pick fights or anything with this post, just pointing things out): we have people register, post, and leave a few months later. It's not uncommon at all. We also have people that register, post, and just don't leave (you're reading a way-too-classic example of this type right now). Those that have not been here for so long are not quite so likely to stay for a longer period of time.

I'm not trying to be elitist here or anything, but it's hard to justify making HUGE changes that will last forever because of some newer members that may not last until the end of the year.

I've got no problem with you, Triton. You're a good guy and seem like a half-way decent mod :P

I've lasted this long so far. The constant bickering is making me reconsider.

You need to be put in your place. Perhaps you should reconsider what you're saying.

I thought we have solved this? Triton may have botched things, but haven't we all?
