Also, if the joystick is good enough, I may remake my PSone portable with them and cram everything in still tighter (will mean relocating components from the PSone console board too) and aiming to make the system about 20% slimmer, if that's possible.
I'm not a huge fan of the PSP joystick myself, but I hate its location on the PSP much more than its function. That's really the problem with it that causes cramping, etc.

that is usually the reason why people hate it. my reason is that the spring feels too tight for how little movement it has. In games where accuracy is needed (like using a sniper rifle) it gets hard to move it just a tiny bit because you have to use more force to move it.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Hi guys, here is a pictures with all controls installed on the front of the box, I have been very generous with the glue gun  .
The paint is fragile, I will have to cover it with plastic sticker imitation carbon fiber.

Not as generous as some have been, don't worry.

Looks nice, got character. Joysticks stick out a fair bit, but not much you can do about that!

Like the pattern on top, interesting effect.

How thick is this baby in total; and other dimensions?

Yes looks really better like that and paint is fragile and must be protected.

I really love your cases. You are very skilled at them. I think your case making skills are around the same level of ben's. I can't wait to see this finished.

I use simple technics and if you can use a printer an x-acto and a plastic card you can do the same thing
first step:print your model on a paper
second step:place you printed model on the plastic card with adhesive strip
third step: use an x-acto to cut your model, for the others parts (as a sides for exemple), you trace directly on the plastic card and you cut them, it remains only glue parts between them.

easy to say i know  but simple to do anyway
