I don't think you could have so many colors on the Atari at once. BONUS - Covie Drop Ship
Hunters
Elites
Jackals
Grunts
Flood Guys
Flood Ballons
Thing you controll - Change to Master Chief
Hack Bezerk:
Change you to Master Chief
Change robots to whatever Halo bad unit.
Hack Battlezone:
change bad units to Halo units.
There's some ideas to speed up dev. process.
