Has anyone made an Jaguar portable?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

By the way does the CD part of the Jaguar have to be attached to the cartridge thing to play CD games?

Yes you need the base console to use the CD attachment. If you dont have the base console system you can buy it from the people at www.vintagefunworld.com. Gannon has bought from them and so from what he's said their not bad.
