Opaque, 1/4 inch. Not a bad price, considering clear 1/4" typically goes for $7-8.

If you can't buy cheaper in USA, it is an alternative at least.woox wrote:Does he have a store in the USA?bacteria wrote:I have bought about 20 sheets or so from this seller. Yes, acrylic is perspex.
The link is for black perspex - look at the seller's shop.

Tried TAP Plastics yet? Here's a link to their colored stuff: http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=340&
A bit pricey for 1/4" stock though. However, another option is to sandwich two 1/8" sheets together using some IPS Weld-On #3 or #4 to get your 1/4" thick sheet. You might be able to save a little money by doing that too. For example, you have two sheets of 1/8" acrylic, one of them being regular cheap-o clear acrylic and the other being solid black. Cement the two together and you've essentially got a 1/4" piece of black acrylic. I've done it before, it works pretty good.
...But if money is no object and you'd rather not bother with it, just shell out for the one 1/4" black sheet.
