The most quiet pc FAN?

Can you guys recommend me the most quiet 120mm PC fan? After searching I came along the NEXUS REAL SILENT CASE FAN D12SL-12, its fairly quiet running at 19 dBA. Would like to know if one is quieter, must be a 120mm fan.

19DB would be barely audible, by itself. I know there is a site that reviews HDDs for audible noises; I can't remember who, and I think they do PSUs and fans as well, not that it helps much.

The only 120mm fans I know of that are definitely quiet, and that I can recommend, are the old black SilenX fans.

Fans of this size will be very quiet by nature anyway, as they are moving a lot of air with lower cycles, rather than a small fan which has to cycle faster to move much air at all.
