Opening SNES Version 1

I'm having trouble finding a way into my SNES Version 1. It doesn't have the triangle screws, but they are more round with 6 indentions in the shape of a hexagon. But the screw has no edges, it's just a circle. If you know what I am talking about or can help me in any way, please do.

It's either security hex, security torx, or Nintendo Screws of Suffering!

In a few weeks I will!
Unfortunatley the lowest I can sell them for is $7.50.
Mainly because the only supplier of them in bulk that I found isn't very cheap. If any does know of a cheap supplier of these things I'd love to know.

I think that 7.50 is a good price. Unfortunately, in a few weeks my SNES may be opened by force. But we'll see what happens.

Theres this tool supplier metro tools that seels them in sets. They sell security hex, tri-wing, security torx and a bunch i don't know. They are 7.00when you buy one. But theres a good price break for bulkl

ok, I found the real name for those screws finally.
They are known as either inverted torx or male torx screws.

If the screws on your SNES are the same as the N64 I used a driver thats like a 2 prong fork, square ends. Not sure if you can find or want to use these kind of drives but it worked for me to open the N64.

If/when I get a chance I'll see about posting a pic of the driver head.
